and Lorraine B. Durbin in September 1977 at the Society of Genealogists,
London, England. Unfortunately, time was short and expensive; thus, details on
the source of information within the stacks of the Society are incomplete.
Where such sources were noted, they will be listed in this account. Also,
the significance of the information many times is not clear inasmuch as
the data was codified in the original text.
