      By the SUPREME EXECUTIVE COUNCIL of the Common Wealth of PENNSYLVANIA. WHEREAS 
      the following named persons, late and heretofore inhabitants of this State, that is

      the  younger, printer; Henry Lisle, John Hart, Chamless Hart, David Sproat, Thomas

      Esquire: And James Chalmers, formerly of the city of Philadelphia, merchant, 
      late of Kent county, Maryland, Yeoman; have severally adhered to, and knowingly and 
      willingly aided and assisted the enemies of this State, and of the United States of 
      America, by having joined their armies at Philadelphia, in the county of Philadelphia, 
      within this State; WE the Supreme Executive Council aforesaid, by virtue of certain powers 
      and authorities to us given by an Act of General Assembly, entitled, "An Act for the 
      attainder of divers traitors, if they render not themselves by a certain day, and for 
      vesting their estates in this Common Wealth; and for more effectually discovering 
      the same; and for ascertaining and satisfying the lawful debts and claims thereupon, 
      "DO hereby strictly charge and require the said Abel James, James Humhreys, the 
      elder, James Humphreys, the younger, Henry Lisle, John Hart, Chamless Hart, David 
      Sproat, Thomas Story, Malcolm Rose, William Price, Thomas Roker, Tence Coxe, Abel Evans, 
      Benjamin Titley, Peter Howard, Coleman Fisher, William Cliffton, James Stevens, Bowyer 
      Brooks, John Allen, Thomas Badge, William Compton, William Austin, Kenneth McCulough, 
      Charles Stedman, John Shepperd, James Delaplane, Robert Currie, Peter Sutter, James 
      Riddle, John Parrock, John Young, Oswald Eve, David Potts, Christopher Saur, the

      of the Supreme Court, or of the Justices of the Peace of one of the counties within this 
      State, on or before Monday the sixth day of July next ensuing, and also abide their 
      legal trial to such their treasons, on pain that every of them the said Abel James,

      Chalmers, not rendering himself as aforesaid, that abiding the trial aforesaid, shall, 
      from and after the sixth day of July next, stand and be attainted of High 
      Treason to all intents and purposes, and shall suffer such pains and penalties, and 
      undergo all such forfeitures as persons attainted of High Treason ought to do. 
      And all the faithful subjects of this State are to take notice of this Proclamation, 
      and govern themselves accordingly. GIVEN, by order of the Council, under the hand 
      of The Honourable GEORGE BRYAN, Esquire, Vice President, and the Sealof the State, 
      at Lancaster, this twenty first day of May, in the year of our Lord One thousand

      A VALUABLE PLANTATION.
      TO be SOLD, a Plantation, containing 129 acres of Land, situate in Blockley township, 
      about three miles from the Middle Ferry, and two from Gray's, being the place 
      formerly belonging to Joseph Lees, bounded on Cobb's creek, which affords a fall 
      of water sufficient for a mill; there are on the premises a frame house, barn 
      and cart-house, a new brick kitchen two stories high, with a good spring-house 
      adjoining, and several other out-buildings; the upland is divided into convenient 
      fields, with water in several of them; there are 37 acres of woodland and 15 
      acres of meadow, a large garden, with a variety of trees and flowers, and the 
      land has been manured with lime. The situation is healthy and pleasant, and being
       so near to Philadelphia, renders it an advantageous situation for attending the market. 
      One third of the purchase-money being paid down, reasonable time will be allowed for 
      the remainder. For terms, apply to Thomas Fisher, in Philadelphia, or to 
      the subscriber, on the premises.

      THE subscribers, having seen an advertisement in Hall and Seller's paper of the 
      28th of January, 1789, signed John Wharton, Jeremiah Warder and Robert Ralston, assignees 
      of Joseph Dean, a bankrupt, notifying the sale of a tract of 56 acres of land in the 
      township of Blockley, "between the seats of John Penn and Richard Peters, Esquires," 
      think it their duty to give this notice, That Sarah Thomas (alias Delany) who 
      had a just right to one equal undivided third part of the said described tract, hath 
      conveyed the same to the Overseers of the Poor of the said township, and their 
      successors in office; of which all persons concerned are desired to take notice.

      TO BE SOLD,
      PURSUANT to the last will and testament of Abraham Musgrave, deceased, by his executors, 
      on the first day of the Twelfth Month(December) at two o'clock, afternoon, on the premises, 
      that valuable plantation he lived on, in the township of Upper Darby, in the county of 
      Delaware, now called, and about 7 miles from the city of Philadelphia, bounded 
      north by a road leading from Philadelphia into the country, each by Robert Johnson, 
      south by Benjamin Lobb, and west by Thomas Garrett, containing about 125 acres; the 
      land produces good crops of grain --- water in most of the fields, asufficiency 
      of meadow and woodland thereon. There is on said farma good two story dwelling house, 
      part brick, well finished, threerooms on the lower floor, a fire place in each room; a 
      kitchen and well of water near the door, under cover, a good stone spring house with 
      a valuable spring and wash house adjoining; a large barn with good convenient stabling 
      for cows and horses; a bearing apple orchard and many other fruit trees; the whole 
      in good repair, and may be entered on the 1st day of Fourth Month in the year 1790. 
      At the same time and place will be sold a good eight day clock. Attendance will be 
      given, and conditions made known, at the time and place, by JONAS [SUPPLEE],) HEZEKIAH 
      HIBBERD,) Executors. N.B. Any person who inclines to purchase may view the premises 
      before the day of sale, by applying to Joel Sharpless on the place, or to the Executors,

      To be Sold, by Public Sale, On the 3d day of May, 1790, A MESSUAGE and TRACT 
      of LAND, situated in the township of Blockley, Philadelphia county, on the Lancaster 
      road, containing between eight and nine acres of land, two dwellings thereon, 
      with a good well of water at the door, and is suitable for a store. On the premises 
      are a good bearing orchard, and an acre and a half of wood land, with a barn and stabling. 
      The property of JOHN [SUPPLEE], living near the premises, and to be sold as above mentioned, 
      if not sold before by private sale.

      Five Dollars Reward.
      STOLEN, the 24th May, 1790, a bay MARE, about 14 and a half handshigh, a scattered white 
      star on her forehead, one foot white behind, and about eight years old. Whoever secures 
      said mare, so that the owner may have her again, shall have the above reward, and reasonable 
      charges. MAGDALENE [SUPPLEE], in Norriton township, Reading road, 17 miles from Philadelphia.

      17 miles from the city of Philadelphia, and adjoining the Reading road and

      with a milk-house at the door, a good bearing orchard, with a quantity of meadow, and 
      some woodland; the soil is good for winter or summer grain. For further particulars,
