Elizabeth Vanmeter (Mailto) 5. ii Thomas Swan b. Maryland ca, 1747 (See Brumbough, Md. Records, pp 47.) Will made 6-Jan.1779. Filed for probate in Monongalia Co. 6-Dec.1779. He m. a Vanmeter, probably a d/o Jacob and Letitia (Strode) Vanmeter. (Four children were named in his will.
